Dr Reshie Joseph, MBChB, MSc
Reshie is the Clinical Director of Living Free and a psychotherapist specialising in the treatment of PTSD, Complex Psychological Trauma, Addictions, and Disorders of Extreme Stress Not Otherwise Specified (DESNOS).
Alexis Fosler, MA, MSc, MSc
Alexis is a psychotherapist specialising in the treatment of addiction, trauma, PTSD, and Disorders of Extreme Stress Not Otherwise Specified (DESNOS), including eating disorders.
Katrina de Laszlo
Katrina is a PACFA-certified holistic psychotherapist and counsellor who offers a compassionate, client-led approach to healing. Her training includes Process Work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness.
Emma Donlevy
Emma is a registered counsellor with over 20 years of experience working with trauma, disability and complex mental health. She takes a neuroaffirming, person-centred approach, integrating evidence-based therapies to support each client’s individual needs.

Annie is a yoga instructor with over 20 years of practice, supporting individuals in reconnecting with themselves through body, breath and mind. Based in the Southern Highlands of Australia, she brings a mindful, compassionate and embodied approach to her teaching.

Sinéad is a trauma-informed Somatic and Breathwork Healing Guide with over 20 years of experience. She has trained internationally in somatic embodiment, breathwork, EFT and spinal energetics, supporting individuals navigating stress, trauma and life transitions.
