Education & training

With over 20 years of personal practice, Annie teaches yoga as a way for others to return home to themselves—through body, breath, and mind. Based in the beautiful Southern Highlands of Australia, she offers a calming and grounded space where students can step into a quiet yoga bubble, realign their bodies, and reconnect with balance, peace, and presence.

Yoga has been a guiding light through some of her darkest days, helping her find joy, softness, and strength when it was needed most. That lived experience informs her teaching, which offers more than just physical shapes—it invites a sense of steadiness and lightness, both on and off the mat.

Professional journey

She has trained with world-renowned texachers such as Noah Maze, Jason Crandell, and Noelle Connolly, blending anatomical precision with heartfelt intention in every class. With a particular love for yogic breathing and meditation, she shares these tools as powerful supports for quieting the mind and cultivating awareness. Whether students are new to yoga or returning to the mat, Annie is dedicated to supporting each individual’s journey—guiding them to move with awareness, breathe with purpose, and live more fully.
