Education & training
Sinéad’s journey into wellness began in 2003 through yoga and meditation, eventually leading her to India and across the globe to study with world-renowned teachers in movement, meditation, and mind–body healing.
A lifelong student, she continued to expand her training—particularly after navigating her own significant health challenges—which deepened her commitment to Somatic Embodiment and trauma-aware practices.
Sinéad is a trauma-informed Somatic and Breathwork Facilitator and Guide, EFT Practitioner, Meditation Teacher, and Spinal Energetics Practitioner. Her ongoing education includes mentorship and advanced training with leaders such as Gabby Bernstein, Tracee Stanley, Andee Love, David Elliott, and Dr. Sarah Jane. She is also a passionate speaker on wellness and the impacts of stress and trauma on the nervous system.
Professional journey
Sinéad has spent over 20 years in the wellness field, working across Australia and internationally. Her professional path has been shaped by supporting individuals through , chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, trauma and major life transitions.
Through her work in private practice, group programs, and rehabilitation settings, she has developed a grounded, compassionate approach that blends somatic therapy, breathwork, and restorative practices to help clients unwind tension, process emotions, and reconnect with safety and resilience in the body.
Her work is centred on meeting each person where they are, with clarity, gentleness, and a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence and capacity to heal.
